Jake (Dr.Frazier)
DMD MS
Dr. Frazier was born in 1984 and grew up just outside of Mt. Vernon, IL. He graduated from Mt. Vernon Township High School in 2002. He then attended Rend Lake College where he received two associates degrees. He received a Bachelors Degree from Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville in 2007. He majored in Biology, with a specialization in Medical Science and a minor in Chemistry. He attended Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine from 2007-2011, earning his Doctorate in Dental Medicine Degree.
Dr. Frazier practiced General Dentistry in Southern Illinois from 2011-2013. During his time as a General Dentist, he decided that he wanted to specialize in Endodontics. In 2013, he was accepted into Saint Louis University's Endodontic residency and began the two year post-graduate program. He graduated in 2015 with a Certificate in Endodontics as well as a Master's Degree in Endodontics.
He has practiced Endodontics in Southern Illinois since graduation from SLU and decided to open his own practice in 2017.
Dr. Frazier spent several years on staff at Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine and as an adjunct assistant professor at Saint Louis University. He served as President of the St. Clair Dental Society, and is a member of the ISDS, ADA, and AAE. He enjoys giving presentations and mentoring students who are interested in dentistry or endodontics. He attends several meeting and conferences each year to stay current and continue his education.
Dr. Frazier met his wife, Cindy, while they were both working at Applebee's in college. They now have five young children and live in Lebanon, IL. While he is not at work, Dr. Frazier is spending time with his family. He also enjoys playing cards, reading, anything outdoors, and restoring/collecting 80s arcades games and 90s pinball machines.
Jamie
Office Manager
Jamie has been in the dental field for nearly 18 years. She is wonderful at her job and takes pride in helping our patients. She is an expert when it comes to insurances, and she is here to ensure you understand your coverage and maximize your benefits. Jamie always greets you with a smiling face or answers the phone with her cheerful character. She is here every day to answer any questions you may have about treatment, billing, or our office.
Outside of the office, Jamie enjoys cheering on her 2 kids at many sporting events, including baseball, softball, football, and bowling! When not attending sporting events, she loves enjoying the outdoors cruising in her Jeep or relaxing at the lake with friends.
Cassie
Cassie has over 7 years of experience in the medical field and is always upbeat and compassionate. She takes a lot of pride in everything that she does and loves getting to know patients during their visits.
When she in not in the office, she is spending time with her wonderful husband and three young daughters. They spend their time at their family clubhouse, boating, and enjoying time in the sun.

Amber has many years of dental assisting experience. She is a perfectionist and an extremely hard worker. She loves spending time with patients and is great at helping people feel comfortable during their treatment visit. When she is not working she enjoy's spending time with her husband and two adorable young children. They love crafting, boating, and enjoying the great outdoors!

Peyton
Peyton has over 4 years of experience in the endodontic field. She takes the time to make each patient visit personalized and welcoming.
When she is not in the office, Peyton spends time riding her horse, Fancy, or caring for her pet skink, Oscar. She spends a lot of time gardening, refilling her bird feeders, and attending game nights with her friends.
